“El Faro de Portocolom” – WET HOPPED LAGER

Our WET HOPPED LAGER “El Faro de Portocolom” is a limited edition brew. A fine, pure, light lager beer with a noticeable malt taste and a light hop character brought by our own grown hops. It cleverly finds the middle ground between strength and drinkability with a taste impression on the palate and in the finish that encourages continued drinking. Mainly presents the fruitiness of the hops and the malt taste without becoming too heavy or fattening.
The fruitiness of the local hops is present in the aroma and taste.
Our WET HOPPED LAGER has a balanced body with a soft, slightly creamy texture, medium carbonation and an alcohol content that – if at all – is barely perceptible as warming.

Brewed with hops from Portocolom in Mallorca according to the German purity law.

Water, barley malt, fresh wet hops, yeast
