In 2020 – first Pandemic year – we released our first edition of legal beer.
As well many of our friends were asking us from where they could get such a fresh and fruity Hard Apple Cider like ours which we made just for us when having a BBQ with friends.
So we decided as well to legalize that and offer our Apple Jack for all of those who like to enjoy hand made quality products from the island! Cheers!

Hard Apple Cider "Apple Jack" - Hecho en Mallorca

Our "Apple Jack" hard apple cider was born from the idea that many of our friends really wanted to have our home made cider, which we always made for our BBQ's with friends at home.
In order to realize this, we now had to legalize the Apple Jack as well.
It is its fruitiness, freshness and liveliness that makes Apple Jack so popular. Its alcohol content should not be underestimated!

Apple juice, lactose, yeast

Alcohol: 5.6% vol.
Color: 4.7 EBC
Capacity: 330 ml
