Shipping and returns

Your shipping packaging

Parcels are usually delivered 2 days after receipt of payment with SEUR with order tracking and delivery without a signature. If you prefer to receive a UPS shipment via registered mail, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery. We will send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. The loading fees are fixed, although transport costs fluctuate depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile items will be handled with special care.

The shipping boxes are wide cut and your goods are packaged well protected.
