Good day from the sunny island of Mallorca!

My name is Robert and I am a nomad brewer originally from Germany.

In "real life" I am a chef and sommelier at MALLORCA CULINARY TOURS and am your host and tour guide and show you the culinary world of our beautiful island.

The “Island Brew Mallorca” project came about on a whim when, as a hobby brewer, I suddenly had a lot of time during the Corona pandemic and became very interested in the topic of brewing. Our first legal brew - i.e. a brew that was brewed under license - came onto the market in December 2020 and was sold almost exclusively at the Christmas market in Portocolom.

After the great positive feedback and requests for more brews, I decided to continue brewing.

In the meantime, some brews have been brewed - currently still under license from other breweries - and most of them have already been drunk.

In addition to our standard beer EL FARO DE PORTOCOLOM, a pale ale based on the Australian model, there are always special editions and collaboration brews.
