¿¿¿ Por que ??? - BLUEBERRY SOUR GOSE
Why? This is what people asking when you tell them about Sour beer.
The answer is quite simple. Because we love it to be different and we love to make something special.

The Gose is a historical style of beer from Germany. It was first brewed in the early 13th century in the town of Goslar, from which its name derives. It became so popular in Leipzig that local breweries copied the style. By the end of the 1800s, it was considered to be local to Leipzig and there were numerous Gosenschänken (gose taverns) in the city.

Our modern variation of the Gose is a fruited sour one which gets the fruity punch of the blueberries in your face. The mix of sour, salt, tart and fruity with a blueberry blush and subtle coriander spice makes this beer a light refresher for summer.
